No Eggs No Butter Ragi Chocolate Cake (Eggless Butterless Finger Millet cake)


This ragi cake is made without eggs and without butter, I made this cake long while for my video and now that I am updating my blog thought of including eggless ragi cake as well!



Ragi is one is the best millet to include in your daily diet. Some of the key benefits of ragi are

  • Ragi is a whole grain that is gluten-free and a staple in South India
  • It is rich in fiber that helps with weight loss and diabetes
  • It's packed with calcium, good carbs, ammino acids and Vitamin D
Now that you're are aware of few of the benefits of ragi let's me quickly list out the ingredients to make this healthy cake

Ingredients

1 cup of maida/flour
1/2 cup of ragi flour/finger millet flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tbsp of white vinegar
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 tbsp of coco powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup of water
