2 cups Sooji
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp turmeric
1+1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp channa daal
1 tsp green chillies
Curry leaves
1 tsp udaad daal
2 tsp chopped coriander
1+1/2 tbsp oil
To make Upma
1 cup upma premix
1 tbsp of ghee
2 cups water
You can prepare this Upma mix ahead and store. This Upma mix can be stored up to 3 months in refrigerator and upto 1 month at room temperature. You hardly need 10 minutes to make this premix.
