This Butterscotch Cake is a moist, topped with butterscotch, sponge made with eggless vanilla cake! The cake is soaked and creamed with butterscotch infused non dairy whipping cream!
I made this cake couple of months ago and put a video on my YouTube channel, And in the description box I wrote I will soon update the recipe for this and I lost it completely. Now when I was checking my blog I realized I don't have have any butterscotch cake on it😳!
The sponge is made of eggless vanilla premix which make the best sponge cake for any type of cake. It make my life so easy if I have the Homemade premix readily available to make any flavor cake.
