The Best Chocolate Ice Cream

I know this is a bold claim but I made the BEST Chocolate Ice Cream ever….if you haven’t gathered that from the title. Chocolate Ice Cream is, by far, my favorite flavor ever. And when you can make your own ice cream at home what better than that.

And when it’s done right…there’s just no turning back, I used the authentic way of making the ice cream. I know a lot of you may observe lent and may have even done the unthinkable….gave up chocolate.

Love chocolate ice cream? And I ditched the ice cream maker, yet I can make perfect easy chocolate ice cream recipe  that can blow your mind since it is made of 100% milk.

2 cups of full fat milk
3/4 cups of granilgran sugar
2 tbsp of milk powder
3 tbsp of cream
Chocolate essence
1+1/2 tbsp of Gms
2 tbsp corn flour
1/8 tsp of CMC
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
