It's summer time and it's a season of mange. I see so many recipes around internet during this season with mangoes, like mango cake, mango mousse, mango milkshake etc etc.. Then why not mango chocolate?
When I saw this chocolate, I was all excited to experiment with it but then I bought this chocolate bar and it was lying in with other baking chocolates. I really wanted to make something out of it. But before I make any recipe I wanted to know how the chocolate actually tastes by itself. Therefore made these cute little teddy chocolates.
I wanted to add something to the mango chocolate, as the chocolate by itself will taste too sweet and no fun in just melting the chocolate, pouring in the moulds and setting it. I wanted the chocolate to be little tangy and little crunch in every bite. I thought for over a week to take the decision in add cranberry and pistachios.
So let's quickly check out the ingredients for the recipe
500 grams mango chocolate
4 tbsp crushed pistachios
1/4 cup dried cranberries
