Egg free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Diabetic Cake

This delicious Diabetic Cake Recipe is a sugar free, gluten free and egg free chocolate cake. A decadent and tasty dessert for everyone! 


This amazing Diabetic Cake Recipe is super easy to make, uses regular ingredients and everybody will love it.

I can imagine adjusting your diet must be hard since everything has so much ADDED sugar! including things one may not think of, for instance: sauce, bread, yogurt (even the non-flavored Greek one), BBQ Sauce, dried fruits, etc. And sometimes it's difficult to give up desserts after your last meal for the day. When everyone is enjoying with different varieties or desserts.

I used stevia for sweetness which is a great sugar substitute for the sponge cake part. You can also use Splenda baking blend or any of the usual sugar replacements you are used to cooking with.



You adjust the sweetness accordingly, for this recipe I used 3 tsp sweetner, taste the batter before baking and if required you can add more, but add little at once.

Instead of regular flour I used ragi or finger Millet flour to make it diabetic friendly.

1/2 cup curd /yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tsp stevia
1 tbsp coco powder
1+1/2 cup ragi flour / finger Millet flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
